Texas High School Softball - Idalou bounces Dalhart

The Idalou Wildcats softball team scored 21 runs and held the host Dalhart Wolves to 3 in the Wildcats non-league win on Friday.

The Wildcats now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Perryton for a non-league battle on Friday, February 13. Idalou will confront a Rangers team coming off a 14-3 non-league loss to River Road (Amarillo, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 1-1.

The Wolves (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Liberty (Lubbock, TX). The Patriots go into the non-league challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Liberty toppled Andress (El Paso, TX), 14-5, in a non-league challenge.
