The Trinity Tigers softball squad (Trinity, TX), was routed 18-9 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Iola Bulldogs (Iola, TX)

With the triumph, Iola improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Anderson-Shiro (Anderson, TX) to battle the Fighting Owls in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 17. The Fighting Owls go into the match with a record of 1-3. Anderson-Shiro lost 5-4 in their recent non-league match against Cypress Christian (Houston, TX)

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Centerville Tigers (Centerville, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, February 17. Trinity will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record. The Tigers go into the match with a 1-0 record after their 18-9 non-league win over Crockett (Crockett, TX).
