Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Waynesburg Central knocked off by Greensburg Central Catholic

The Greensburg Central Catholic Centurions basketball team scored 33 points and held the visiting Waynesburg Central Raiders to 19 in the Centurions non-league triumph on Monday.
The Centurions now sport a 16-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Belle Vernon for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 17. Greensburg Central Catholic will battle a Leopards team coming off a 62-39 non-league loss to Peters Township (McMurray, PA). The Leopards record now stands at 12-8.
The Raiders (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Brentwood (Pittsburgh, PA). The Spartans enter the non-league contest with a 3-10 record. In their last contest, Brentwood ran past Steel Valley (Munhall, PA), 55-42, in a league contest.
