In Tuesday's league outing, the Bourne Canalmen (Bourne, MA) basketball squad felled the visiting Apponequet Regional Lakers (Lakeville, MA), by a margin of 71-51.
The Canalmen (14-3) will now prepare for their outing against Wareham (Wareham, MA). The Vikings go into the South Coast outing with a 15-2 record. In their last outing, Wareham was beaten by Old Rochester Regional (Mattapoisett, MA), 71-59, in a league outing.
The Lakers now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they host Old Rochester Regional for a South Coast outing on Friday, February 17. Apponequet Regional will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 72-52 non-league win over Bishop Stang (North Dartmouth, MA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 15-3.
