The Quitman Panthers routed the host Columbia Wildcats basketball team by a final score of 68-44 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Panthers face the South Pike Eagles (Magnolia, MS) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 18. Quitman will attempt to move on its 10-6 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 17-9 record after their 48-42 non-league win over Pass Christian (Pass Christian, MS).
With the defeat, Columbia moves to 12-10 on the year.
