The D.C. Everest Evergreens basketball team (Schofield, WI), was toppled 79-68 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Medford Raiders (Medford, WI)
The Raiders now possess a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mosinee for a Great Northern battle on Friday, February 17. Medford will confront a Indians team coming off a 93-81 non-league loss to Eau Claire Memorial (Eau Claire, WI). The Indians record now stands at 15-6.
The Evergreens (14-7) will now prepare for their battle against Merrill (Merrill, WI). The Bluejays come into the Wisconsin Valley battle with a 10-11 record. In their last battle, Merrill beat Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln (Wisconsin Rapids, WI), 57-49, in a league battle.
