Indiana High School Basketball - East Central overwhelms Union County

February 14, 2023: St. Leon, IN 47012

Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the East Central Trojans (St. Leon, IN) and the visiting Union County Patriots (Liberty, IN), saw East Central's basketball squad wallop Union County by a tally of 80-43.

With the victory, East Central improves its record to 6-15 on the campaign. The Trojans host Greensburg (Greensburg, IN) to confront the Pirates in a Eastern Indiana challenge on Friday, February 24. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 15-5.

Next up, the Patriots confront the Union City Indians (Union City, IN) in a Tri-Eastern challenge, on Friday, February 17. Union County will attempt to improve on its 3-18 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 2-17 record after their 70-47 league loss to Centerville (Centerville, IN).
