The Enfield Eagles basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host Simsbury Trojans to 38 in the Eagles non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 12-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hartford Public for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17. Enfield will battle a Owls team coming off a 61-59 non-league loss to Maloney (Meriden, CT). The Owls record now stands at 4-13.
The Trojans (8-9) will now prepare for their contest against Maloney (Meriden, CT). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 10-7 record. In their last contest, Maloney edged Hartford Public (Hartford, CT), 61-59, in a non-league contest.
