In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Hazlehurst Indians basketball team scored a good 67-51 triumph over the Forest Bearcats.
In their next game, the Indians meet the Magee Trojans (Magee, MS) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 18. Hazlehurst will attempt to better on its 10-9 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 15-6 record after their 58-50 non-league win over West Marion (Foxworth, MS).
With the defeat, Forest moves to 4-8 on the year.
