In Tuesday's non-league outing, the New Ulm Eagles (New Ulm, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Hutchinson Tigers (Hutchinson, MN), by a margin of 96-55.
The Eagles (17-4) will now prepare for their outing against Marshall (Marshall, MN). The Tigers go into the AAA Section 2 outing with a 9-15 record. In their last outing, Marshall smashed Jordan (Jordan, MN), 58-56, in a league outing.
The Tigers now own a 5-13 record. They play next when they host Southwest Christian for a non-league outing on Friday, February 17. Hutchinson will clash with a Stars squad coming off a 89-75 league loss to Breck (Minneapolis, MN). The Stars record now stands at 6-16.
