Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Spectrum Sting (Elk River, MN) and the visiting Kimball Cubs (Kimball, MN), saw Spectrum's basketball squad overcome Kimball by a tally of 84-69.

With the victory, Spectrum improves its record to 16-5 on the campaign. The Sting travel to Pine City (Pine City, MN) to confront the Dragons in a AA Section 6 challenge on Friday, February 17. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 10-11. Pine City won 71-51 in their recent non-league challenge against Ogilvie (Ogilvie, MN)

Next up, the Cubs confront the Holdingford Huskers (Holdingford, MN) in a AA Section 6 challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Kimball will attempt to improve on its 7-11 season record. The Huskers come into the challenge with a 5-13 record after their 69-63 non-league loss to Atwater-Cosmos-Grove City (Grove City, MN).
