The Lyndon Tigers basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Waverly Bulldogs to 39 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Tigers now sport a 17-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madison for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17. Lyndon will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 54-52 non-league loss to Chase County (Cottonwood Falls, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-6.
The Bulldogs (9-11) will now prepare for their contest against Mission Valley (Eskridge, KS). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Mission Valley was routed by Burlingame (Burlingame, KS), 40-31, in a non-league contest.
