With the win, Mar Vista upgrades its record to 21-8 on the season. The Mariners travel to El Capitan (Lakeside, CA) to clash with the Vaqueros in a non-league bout on Friday, February 17. The Vaqueros go into the bout with a record of 20-9. El Capitan won 79-40 in their recent non-league bout against Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA)
