The Salem Witches (Salem, MA) basketball knocked off the host Swampscott Big Blue (Swampscott, MA), 60-43 in Tuesday's league test.
The Witches (13-5) will now prepare for their test against Wakefield Memorial (Wakefield, MA). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 15-2 record. In their last test, Wakefield Memorial notched a victory over Watertown (Watertown, MA), 56-46, in a league test.
The Big Blue now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they host Marblehead for a Northeastern - Small test on Thursday, February 16. Swampscott will encounter a Magicians squad coming off a 77-58 league win over Gloucester (Gloucester, MA). The Magicians record now stands at 11-6.
