With the victory, Vermillion upgrades its record to 8-11 on the campaign. The Tanagers travel to Parker (Parker, SD) to play the Pheasants in a A Region 4 challenge on Friday, February 17. The Pheasants come into the challenge with a record of 4-15. Parker won 62-34 in their recent non-league challenge against Garretson (Garretson, SD)

Next up, the Red Raiders play the Burke Cougars (Burke, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Wagner will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 5-12 record after their 48-40 league loss to Colome (Colome, SD).
