Wisconsin High School Basketball - Pittsville can't hold off Athens

The Athens Bluejays basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Pittsville Panthers to 68 in the Bluejays non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bluejays now sport a 21-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chequamegon for a Marawood - North contest on Thursday, February 16.
The Panthers (12-11) will now prepare for their contest against Port Edwards (Port Edwards, WI). The Blackhawks enter the Central Wisconsin - South contest with a 1-18 record. In their last contest, Port Edwards nudged Marion (Marion, WI), 39-36, in a non-league contest.
