Kentucky High School Basketball - Metcalfe County tipped by Barren County

The Barren County Trojans basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Metcalfe County Hornets to 46 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now sport a 21-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clinton County for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 16. Barren County will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 45-35 non-league loss to Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-15.
The Hornets (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Caverna (Horse Cave, KY). The Colonels enter the non-league contest with a 3-21 record. In their last contest, Caverna was nudged by Adair County (Columbia, KY), 75-56, in a non-league contest.
