In Tuesday's league outing, the Blake Bears (Minneapolis, MN) basketball squad edged the host North Community Polars (Minneapolis, MN), by a count of 42-40.
The Bears (8-13) will now prepare for their match against Breck (Minneapolis, MN). The Mustangs enter the AA Section 5 match with a 7-8 record.
With the defeat, North Community moves to 5-12 on the year. The Polars travel to Washburn (Minneapolis, MN) to meet the Millers in a non-league match on Thursday, February 16. The Millers enter the match with a record of 8-10. Washburn lost 67-32 in their recent non-league match against Roosevelt (Minneapolis, MN)
