Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Mendon Hornets (Mendon, MI) and the visiting Burr Oak Bobcats (Burr Oak, MI), saw Mendon's basketball squad wallop Burr Oak by a tally of 52-29.

With the victory, Mendon improves its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Hornets host Centreville (Centreville, MI) to play the Bulldogs in a Southwest 10 challenge on Wednesday, February 15. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. Centreville won 39-33 in their recent league challenge against White Pigeon (White Pigeon, MI)

Next up, the Bobcats play the Waldron Spartans (Waldron, MI) in a Southern Central challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Burr Oak will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record. The Spartans come into the challenge with a 9-10 record after their 40-28 league win over Litchfield (Litchfield, MI).
