In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Iowa-Grant Panthers (Livingston, WI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting De Soto Pirates (De Soto, WI), by a count of 61-20.

The Panthers (7-16) will now prepare for their outing against Mineral Point (Mineral Point, WI). The Pointers go into the Southwest Wisconsin Activities outing with a 20-5 record. In their last outing, Mineral Point smashed Southwestern (Hazel Green, WI), 62-18, in a league outing.

The Pirates now hold a 2-18 record. They play next when they travel to La Farge/Youth Initiative for a Ridge & Valley outing on Thursday, February 16. De Soto will clash with a squad coming off a 46-28 league win over Weston (Cazenovia, WI). The record now stands at 6-9.
