New Hampshire High School Basketball - Hanover nips Derryfield

Hanover Bears (Hanover, NH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Derryfield Cougars (Manchester, NH), 36-33 in a league bout.
With the win, Hanover upgrades its record to 13-6 on the season. The Bears travel to ConVal (Peterborough, NH) to play the Cougars in a Division II bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 3-8.
Next up, the Cougars play the Pelham Pythons (Pelham, NH) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 16. Derryfield will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Pythons go into the bout with a 13-2 record after their 60-46 league loss to Laconia (Laconia, NH).
