Michigan High School Basketball - Fruitport overwhelmed by Hamilton

The Hamilton Hawkeyes basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Fruitport Trojans to 6 in the Hawkeyes league victory on Tuesday.
The Hawkeyes now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spring Lake for a Ottawa-Kent - Blue contest on Friday, February 17. Hamilton will battle a Lakers team coming off a 53-42 league win over Unity Christian (Hudsonville, MI). The Lakers record now stands at 8-9.
The Trojans (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against West Catholic (Grand Rapids, MI). The Falcons come into the Ottawa-Kent - Blue contest with a 18-0 record. In their last contest, West Catholic triumphed over Coopersville (Coopersville, MI), 70-24, in a league contest.
