In Tuesday's non-league game, the Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA) soccer squad tipped the visiting Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA), by a final score of 1-0.
The Pointers (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Mater Dei Catholic (Chula Vista, CA). The Crusaders go into the non-league game with a 10-3 record. In their last game, Mater Dei Catholic nipped Olympian (Chula Vista, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
