California High School Baseball - Poly nips Palm Desert

Poly Bears (Riverside, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Palm Desert Aztecs (Palm Desert, CA), 4-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Poly upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Bears travel to Calvary Chapel (Santa Ana, CA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Saturday, February 18. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-1. Calvary Chapel lost 23-1 in their recent non-league test against Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA)

With the defeat, Palm Desert falls to 1-1 on the season. The Aztecs host Summit (Fontana, CA) to play the SkyHawks in a non-league contest on Saturday, February 18. The SkyHawks enter the contest with a record of 1-0. Summit won 8-3 in their recent non-league contest against Cajon (San Bernardino, CA)
