Goldwater Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Amphitheater Panthers (Tucson, AZ), 5-4 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Bradshaw Mountain Bears (Prescott Valley, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 18. Goldwater will attempt to move on its 14-1 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 14-2 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Deer Valley (Glendale, AZ).
The Panthers now possess a 9-7 record.
