Bromfield Trojans (Harvard, MA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Assabet Valley RVT Aztecs (Marlborough, MA), 47-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Bromfield upgrades its record to 9-6 on the season. The Trojans host Gardner (Gardner, MA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 15. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Gardner won 60-35 in their recent non-league bout against Murdock (Winchendon, MA)

Next up, the Aztecs play the Southbridge Pioneers (Southbridge, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 16. Assabet Valley RVT will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 52-48 league win over Quaboag Regional (Warren, MA).
