Everett Vikings (Lansing, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Central Bearcats (Battle Creek, MI), 86-56 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Everett upgrades its record to 9-9 on the season. The Vikings travel to Waverly (Lansing, MI) to play the Warriors in a Capital Area - Blue bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 15-5. Waverly won 62-57 in their recent league bout against Grand Ledge (Grand Ledge, MI)

Next up, the Bearcats play the Lakeshore Lancers (Stevensville, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 16. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-16 season record. The Lancers go into the bout with a 9-8 record after their 63-49 league loss to Benton Harbor (Benton Harbor, MI).
