The Enfield Eagles basketball team (Enfield, CT), was nudged 42-41 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Cheney RVT Beavers (Manchester, CT)
The Beavers now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ellington for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 15. Cheney RVT will battle a Knights team coming off a 65-52 non-league win over Shepaug Valley (Washington, CT). The Knights record now stands at 14-3.
The Eagles (7-10) will now prepare for their battle against Avon (Avon, CT). The Falcons come into the non-league battle with a 4-13 record.
