In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Brick Memorial Mustangs basketball team scored a tight 52-49 triumph over the Manalapan Braves.
In their next game, the Mustangs meet the Barnegat Bengals (Barnegat, NJ) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 17. Brick Memorial will attempt to move on its 14-10 season record. The Bengals enter the match with a 10-12 record after their 56-51 non-league loss to Middletown North (Middletown, NJ).
With the defeat, Manalapan moves to 3-16 on the year.
