Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Woodstock Academy knocks off Hand

The Woodstock Academy Centaurs trounced the visiting Hand Tigers ice hockey squad by a tally of 9-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
With the victory, Woodstock Academy betters its record to 12-8 on the campaign. The Centaurs travel to Burrillville (Harrisville, RI) to confront the Broncos in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 20. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 14-7. Burrillville won 7-2 in their recent league bout against North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI)
The Tigers now have a 1-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to Branford for a Southern Connecticut - DII bout on Saturday, February 17. Hand will confront a Hornets squad coming off a 4-2 league loss to Guilford (Guilford, CT). The Hornets record now stands at 0-12.
