In Wednesday's non-league outing, the host North Vermilion Patriots softball team scored a nice 14-4 win over the Church Point Bears.
Coming up next, the Patriots encounter the Erath Bobcats (Erath, LA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, February 15. North Vermilion will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record.
