The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Rayne Wolves (Rayne, LA) and the host Beau Chene Gators (Arnaudville, LA), saw Rayne's baseball team gain a win over Beau Chene by a tally of 19-3.
The Wolves (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Episcopal (Baton Rouge, LA). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Episcopal defeated Breaux Bridge (Breaux Bridge, LA), 17-4, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Gators face the South Lafourche Tarpons (Galliano, LA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, February 15. Beau Chene will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Tarpons enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Northlake Christian (Covington, LA).
