In Friday's league contest, the visiting Stockton Tigers basketball team scored a good 47-28 triumph over the Ash Grove Pirates.

The Tigers (16-7) will now prepare for their contest against Pleasant Hope (Pleasant Hope, MO). The Pirates go into the non-league contest with a 14-7 record. In their last contest, Pleasant Hope was topped by New Covenant Academy (Springfield, MO), 59-55, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Pirates battle the Skyline Tigers (Urbana, MO) in a Southwest contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Ash Grove will attempt to better on its 13-11 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 15-7 record after their 67-52 league win over Pierce City (Pierce City, MO).
