Louisiana High School Basketball - Vandebilt Catholic routs Assumption

In Friday's league contest, the visiting Vandebilt Catholic Terriers basketball team scored a big 71-45 triumph over the Assumption Mustangs.
The Terriers (24-9) will now prepare for their contest against South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA). The Gators go into the 4A District 8 contest with a 13-20 record. In their last contest, South Terrebonne was trounced by E.D. White (Thibodaux, LA), 47-35, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Mustangs confront the E.D. White Cardinals (Thibodaux, LA) in a 4A District 8 contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Assumption will attempt to better on its 8-29 season record. The Cardinals go into the contest with a 19-9 record after their 47-35 league win over South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA).
