In Friday's non-league contest, the host Atchison-Maur Hill-Mount Academy Ravens basketball team scored a good 61-42 triumph over the Horton Chargers.

The Ravens (11-2) will now prepare for their contest against Jackson Heights (Holton, KS). The Cobras go into the non-league contest with a 7-10 record. In their last contest, Jackson Heights topped McLouth (McLouth, KS), 59-56, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Chargers battle the Jefferson County North Chargers (Winchester, KS) in a Northeast Kansas contest, on Tuesday, February 18. Horton will attempt to better on its 13-4 season record. The Chargers go into the contest with a 2-14 record after their 0-0 league Jackson Heights (Holton, KS).
