Kentucky High School Basketball - Blazer fells Lawrence County

The Blazer Tomcats basketball team scored 84 points and limited the visiting Lawrence County Bulldogs to 69 in the Tomcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Tomcats now have a 19-7 record. They play next when they host George Washington for a non-league game on Saturday, February 15. Blazer will confront a Patriots team coming off a 67-47 league win over Hurricane (Hurricane, WV). The Patriots record now stands at 14-1.
With the loss, Lawrence County falls to 18-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Pike County Central (Pikeville, KY) to confront the Hawks in a non-league game on Saturday, February 15. The Hawks go into the game with a record of 16-8.
