In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Mansfield Christian Flames basketball team scored a close 45-39 win over the Cardington-Lincoln Pirates.
The Flames (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Fredericktown (Fredericktown, OH). The Freddies come into the non-league contest with a 16-5 record. In their last contest, Fredericktown was tipped by Hillsdale (Jeromesville, OH), 70-63, in a non-league contest.
