The Central Plains Oilers basketball team scored 50 points and limited the visiting LaCrosse Leopards to 20 in the Oilers league triumph on Friday.

The Oilers now have a 12-4 record. They play next when they travel to Ness City for a Central Prairie game on Tuesday, February 18. Central Plains will confront a Eagles team coming off a 65-41 league loss to Otis-Bison (Otis, KS). The Eagles record now stands at 8-10.

With the loss, LaCrosse falls to 9-9 on the campaign. The Leopards host Kinsley (Kinsley, KS) to confront the Coyotes in a Central Prairie game on Monday, February 17. The Coyotes go into the game with a record of 2-15. Kinsley lost 79-39 in their recent league game against Ellinwood (Ellinwood, KS)
