Italy Gladiators (Italy, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Snook Bluejays (Snook, TX), 54-40 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Italy upgrades its record to 20-13 on the year.

The Bluejays now sport a 17-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Hardin for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 18. Snook will face a Oilers squad coming off a 76-35 league loss to Evadale (Evadale, TX). The Oilers record now stands at 9-13.
