The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Paris Tigers (Paris, IL) and the visiting Mt. Carmel Golden Aces (Mt. Carmel, IL), observed Paris's basketball team edge Mt. Carmel by a score of 45-44.

The Tigers (16-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Oblong/Hutsonville/Palestine (Oblong, IL). The come into the non-league challenge with a 8-14 record. In their last challenge, Oblong/Hutsonville/Palestine was tipped by Newton (Newton, IL), 49-35, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Golden Aces encounter the Evansville Christian Eagles (Evansville, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 15. Mt.
