In Friday's non-league contest, the host Patterson Mill basketball team scored a big 71-27 win over the North East Indians.
The (13-1) will now prepare for their contest against Joppatowne (Joppa, MD). The Mariners come into the Upper Chesapeake Bay - Chesapeake contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Joppatowne smashed Elkton (Elkton, MD), 57-54, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Indians battle the North Harford Hawks (Pylesville, MD) in a Upper Chesapeake Bay - Susquehanna bout, on Wednesday, February 19. North East will attempt to move on its 4-15 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 10-10 record after their 82-69 league win over Rising Sun (North East, MD).
