The Northside Vikings defeated the visiting Westgate Tigers basketball squad by a final score of 65-49 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Vikings clash with the Teurlings Catholic Rebels (Lafayette, LA) in a 4A District 4 outing, on Tuesday, February 18. Northside will attempt to upgrade on its 24-9 season record. The Rebels come into the outing with a 23-14 record after their 61-43 league win over Comeaux (Lafayette, LA).
The Tigers (18-13) will now prepare for their outing against North Vermilion (Maurice, LA). The Patriots come into the 4A District 4 outing with a 15-13 record. In their last outing, North Vermilion was defeated by Rayne (Rayne, LA), 59-55, in a league outing.
