Indiana High School Basketball - Tell City holds off Pike Central

February 14, 2025: Petersburg, IN 47567

The Tell City Marksmen basketball team scored 59 points and limited the host Pike Central Chargers to 57 in the Marksmen league triumph on Friday.

The Marksmen now possess a 7-11 record. They play next when they host Southridge for a Pocket game on Saturday, February 15. Tell City will confront a Raiders team coming off a 55-46 league win over North Posey (Poseyville, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 16-2.

With the loss, Pike Central falls to 1-19 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Gibson Southern (Fort Branch, IN) to confront the Titans in a Pocket game on Tuesday, February 18. The Titans go into the game with a record of 14-5. Gibson Southern won 67-53 in their recent league game against Tecumseh (Lynnville, IN)
