The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Providence Cristo Rey Wolves (Indianapolis, IN) and the visiting Union Rockets (Modoc, IN), observed Providence Cristo Rey's basketball team overwhelm Union by a score of 65-34.
The Wolves (15-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Elwood (Elwood, IN). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 4-13 record. In their last challenge, Elwood trounced Southern Wells (Poneto, IN), 46-40, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Rockets encounter the Shenandoah Raiders (Middletown, IN) in a Mid-Eastern challenge, on Tuesday, February 18. Union will attempt to improve on its 3-12 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 12-7 record after their 73-45 league win over Randolph Southern (Lynn, IN).
