The Trinity Shamrocks basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Waggener Wildcats to 39 in the Shamrocks league triumph on Friday.

The Shamrocks now have a 12-13 record. They play next when they host Henderson County for a non-league game on Saturday, February 15. Trinity will confront a Colonels team coming off a 66-37 non-league win over Hopkins County Central (Madisonville, KY). The Colonels record now stands at 19-5.

With the loss, Waggener falls to 11-10 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Moore (Louisville, KY) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league game on Friday, February 21. The Mustangs go into the game with a record of 15-9. Moore lost 87-73 in their recent non-league game against Jeffersontown (Louisville, KY)
