Centralia Panthers (Centralia, MO) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the host Monroe City Panthers (Monroe City, MO), 50-43 in a league match.

With the victory, Centralia advances its record to 23-1 on the year. The Panthers travel to South Shelby (Shelbina, MO) to meet the Cardinals in a Clarence Cannon match on Tuesday, February 18. The Cardinals enter the match with a record of 21-2.
