In Friday's non-league test, the Scotland/Menno Trappers (Menno, SD) basketball squad got by the visiting Gregory Gorillas (Gregory, SD), by a score of 47-41.
Next, the Trappers encounter the Irene/Wakonda Eagles (Irene, SD) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 15. Scotland/Menno will attempt to improve on its 8-10 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 4-13 record after their 53-52 non-league loss to Marty Indian (Marty, SD).
The Gorillas (4-12) will now prepare for their test against Colome (Colome, SD). The Cowboys come into the B Region 5 test with a 1-16 record. In their last test, Colome was nipped by North Central (Bassett, NE), 43-19, in a non-league test.
