The Ishpeming Hematites basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Munising Mustangs to 45 in the Hematites non-league triumph on Friday.

The Hematites now possess a 15-4 record. They play next when they travel to Manistique for a Mid-Peninsula game on Tuesday, February 18. Ishpeming will play a Emeralds team coming off a 38-28 non-league loss to Stephenson (Stephenson, MI). The Emeralds record now stands at 2-14.

With the loss, Munising falls to 15-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Stephenson (Stephenson, MI) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Monday, February 17. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 13-5. Stephenson won 38-28 in their recent non-league game against Manistique (Manistique, MI)
