The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Glenn Grizzlies (Leander, TX) and the visiting Riverside Rangers (El Paso, TX), observed Glenn's softball team get by Riverside by a final score of 7-5.

The Grizzlies (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against Austin (Austin, TX). The Maroons go into the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Austin by Lamar Consolidated (Rosenberg, TX), 15-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Rangers battle the Eastwood Troopers (El Paso, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 18. Riverside will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Troopers go into the bout with a 7-0 record after their 20-1 non-league win over Bel Air (El Paso, TX).
