Georgia High School Baseball - Pickens holds off Walker

The Pickens Dragons baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Walker Wolverines to 1 in the Dragons non-league win on Saturday.

The Dragons now hold a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gilmer for a non-league test on Monday, February 16. Pickens will play a Bobcats team coming off a 10-1 non-league loss to Union County (Blairsville, GA). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-2.

The Wolverines (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Kell (Marietta, GA). The Longhorns come into the non-league outing with a 3-1 record.
